Terms and Conditions for Courses and Workshops

 

These terms and conditions cover the relationship between Management Innovation Services GmbH | Management Kits (we) and the attendees of the course Designing Organizations (you).

 

1. FEE

The fee for the course includes tuition, one Organizational Structure Kit (one single individual license) and other learning materials, two individual 1h follow-up online sessions within three months after the course, snacks/food. The fee is in Swiss Francs.

 

2. REGISTRATION PROCESS

Bookings for the course can be made via Eventbrite only and are accompanied by full payment. After receiving a booking confirmation via email the course attendance is confirmed. The course will be held if at least 5 people sign up. Definite confirmation will be communicated 2 weeks prior the course.

 

3. REFUND AND CANCELLATION TERMS

Cancellation requests up to 6 weeks prior the course result in a 50% refund of the ticket price. Please understand that for planning reasons we cannot accept any cancellations within 6 weeks before the first day of the course and 100% of the ticket price must be paid.

If you cannot attend the course it is always possible to change the participant name and send a replacement, or if such is available attend another comparable course by Management Kits. In case of cancellation or sending a replacement, you need to notify Management Kits as soon as possible via email. Upon this, your request must be confirmed by Management Kits.

While all efforts are made to ensure training courses go ahead as scheduled, Management Kits has the right to cancel the course at any time, e.g. in case of low registrations, or emergencies.

In case we need to cancel the course or postpone the start you have the right to a refund of the course fees paid. Management Kits cannot be held liable for any of the consequences that relate to a cancellation or a delay in the course start, and does not accept any liability for reimbursement of any other costs incurred whatsoever in relation to its course (e.g. transportation costs, accommodation costs, or loss of earnings).

 

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Management Kits seeks to integrate accurate, state-of-the-art information in the learning materials for the course. However, we provide no warranty regarding the accuracy or completeness of any included or referenced information. We cannot guarantee our attendees any personal or professional success in relation to and after attendance of the course.

It is the responsibility of the attendees to be covered with a sufficient health and accident insurance. Management Kits will not hold any liability in this regard, nor for cases of loss and theft during the course.  

 

5. COPYRIGHT 

All materials provided for Management Kits courses are owned by us or third party providers. No content in whole or in part may be copied, reproduced, or distributed in any way without the prior written permission of Management Kits. Any such use is strictly prohibited and will constitute an infringement of copyright and other intellectual property rights.

 

6. PRIVACY

Management Kits processes information about course attendees in accordance with and for the purpose of the course. Management Kits commits to protect the information in the interest of the course attendees.

 

7. GOVERNING LAW AND PLACE OF JURISDICTION

Any dispute arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Zürich, and the contract will be governed by Swiss substantive law.

In case these terms and conditions do not cover certain issues, the general terms and conditions by Management Kits apply.
